SUPPLEMENT FOR MEALS

a)       Maximum 10% of rooms can be sold for single occupancy.

b)       All above mentioned rates are per person and per day.

c)       All on ............................... Basis. Apartments accommodation only.

d)        Prices are net of commission in ........................ Currency, per bed and day, VAT included. This prices will be applicable to clients, accommodated in the hotel for a minimum uninterrupped period of 7 (seven) nights.

e)       In case of a fluctuation of the currency stipulated in this contract, the Hotel takes the right to re-negociate this contract.

Reductions and special offers will only apply when published in the T.O. Brochures.

2. SALES FORECAST / OCCUPATION

a)       The Operator will provide hotel with a sales forecast (booking position) of the allotment three months prior to the starting date of this contract and subsequently keep the hotel informed fortnightly. The hotel with the concent of the tour operator will review the sales forecast at 1st April and if the total rooms sold during the months May and June, falls under 70% of the allotment, than the hotel may, as its sole option an upon written notice to he Operator or it’s local agent, reduce the allotment for the balance of the duration of the contract to a level consistent with the above mentioned months sales.

b)       The hotel reserves the right to grant to the operator during the peak season only a number of beds proportional to his occupaion during the rest of the year, providing that he is informed of it 21 days before the beginning of the peak season. Hotel shall be entitled to re-allocate the beds or units referred to, and thereby the original booking shall become null and void. The request for beds or unitis subsequently solicited by the operator shall be considered outsirde the limits of this contract and therefore subject to confirmation by the hotel.

 

3. BOOKING PROCEDURE          

a)       The operator will report the number of rooms sold to hotel via fax or e-mail, or means of its local representative, in accordance with the release period.

b)       The number of rooms sold (and)/((or) guaranteed for full payment at the time of release will be held on first basis. All unsold rooms will revert back to hotel. Additional rooms required after the release date are on request and will be based on availibility.

c)       The reservations that the hotel would receive after the prescirbed times might be accepted according to the hotel available rooms. The operator is responsible for any resulting difficulty and damage.

 

4. FLIGHT PLAN

The operator is bound to communicate to the hotel the flight plan for the overall contract period, at least one month before the arrival of the first group. A compensation for immobilization might be required in case of planed delay likely to hamper the transfer time-schedules.

 

5. PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL / PUBLICITY

a)       The operator will publish in its brochures the best available photographs, together wit a description of all facilities offered by ...Hotels with the ...Hotels logo next to the hotel name.

b)       The operator agree to grant the hotel the same amount of copy and photography display in its brochure as that used for competiting hotels. The hotel reserves the right to cancel this agreement, should the operator misrepresent in any way, in and advertising, brochure, promotion or press release, information pertaining to the hotel that, may damage the image of the hotel in the market.

c)       At the same time the hotel shall have the right to proof-read and approve any graphical information prior to printing the aforementioned brochures as well as the text referring to the hotel which is to be laid-down in the corresponding technical data sheet, duly signed by both parties, and which shall be binding.

d)       A copy of the brochure should be forwarded before the start of every season to the hotel and all the contracted rooms/beds should be put up for sale.

 

6. MARKET OF ORIGIN

The operator can only sell the allotment contracted through their registered marks in the following countries: ....................................
